Harvey was wonderful. Saw the problem right away that a part was missing, he ordered it and came once it was in and installed it. He aligned the fridge until it was perfect. I would recommend him.

Zack was amazing. He certainly bailed me out. I thought I could repair my washer on my own, but he was able to find the issue and fix my mess quickly and gave me some pointers for next time too. Would call again!

Our Jennair built in microwave needed repair, and the issue was quite complicated. Better Care Appliance Repair first sent Paul, who carefully and seriously examined the problem. When he realized it could not be resolved smoothly by one person alone, he honestly told us that another technician would be needed, and he did not charge us any fee. The second technician was Zack. He was highly experienced and truly had the skill and courage to “solve the problem.” The issue with our microwave was not a common one, but after thinking it through, Zack quickly found a solution and successfully got our microwave working again. We are very grateful to both Zack and Paul for their honesty and reliability in dealing with customers. We especially appreciate Zack’s professionalism, humor, and pleasant personality — watching him work was a real pleasure. We highly recommend Better Care Appliance Repair!
